Welcome back to The Feminine Profiles Podcast, now shared on Substack! I am so excited for this episode with Amanda Norgaard for a few reasons. First of all, I thought this episode was lost forever. We recorded this back in late Summer 2023 and after doing a major clean out of folders on my hard drive (one of my many nesting activities), I stumbled upon the audio! Secondly, it was a beautiful experience to re-listen to the conversation and soak in Amanda’s wisdom all over again.
Amanda is the founder of ILLUMINATION; an online atelier combining yogic science, futuristic education, punk-rock poetry and applied community together. She is a Writer, Creative Mentor and a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and practical dreamer.
In the episode, we talk about an upcoming VACATION retreat that was, at the time, coming up in September 2023. However, she is hosting another retreat this May, so the timing still works out perfectly. THE VACATION is a cinematic getaway for The Mover, The Shaker, The Lover & The Creator. A 5 day artist-in-residence experience for THE MUSES who are ready to live and move in a new way.
